Q:I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
Processing time for orders are 5 to 7 business days and for pre-order items the processing time is 8 to 10 weeks. After that, delivery time within the United States is 5 to 10 business days, and 10 to 15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during Holidays or launches this timeframe may be extended. Thank you for your patience.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.
Q: What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS within the United States and shipped via DHL internationally.
Q:What does processing time mean?
Processing time refers to the period it takes for us to receive, verify, prepare, and package your order before it ships. This does not include the time it takes the shipping carrier (like USPS or DHL) to deliver the package.
Q: What is a pre-order item?
Pre-orders are items that are not yet in stock but are available to purchase in advance. These items are made to order, so the processing time is 8 to 10 weeks, not including the shipping time.
Q:What’s the difference between standard, priority, and expedited shipping?
Shipping methods like Priority or Expedited refer only to the delivery time after your order has been processed.
Paying for expedited shipping does not skip the processing time.
For example:
If your order has a 5–7 business day processing time, and you select 2-day shipping, your package will ship after processing is complete, not the same day you order.
Choosing faster shipping only means your package will arrive sooner after it's left our warehouse.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree that your order and information are correct and that you understand under no circumstances that there will be any returns for products. That all sales are final and that we, Exuberanc are not responsible for any shipping mishaps.
