Shipping Policy

Processing time for standard orders is 5 to 7 business days, and for pre-order items, processing time is 8 to 10 weeks. Shipping time begins after processing is complete:

-U.S. Shipping: 5 to 10 business days

-International Shipping: 10 to 15 business days

Please note: During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Exuberanc / Stygma / Set Uit Nef LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, transportation strikes, or carrier disruptions. Once a package has been transferred to USPS or DHL, or a local carrier, liability shifts to those carriers. We are also not liable for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied once your order leaves the United States. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Processing Time Clarification

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order before it is shipped. This includes order confirmation, packaging, and quality checks.

Pre-orders are advance purchases of items not yet in stock. The processing time for pre-orders is 8 to 10 weeks, starting from the date of order.

Shipping time refers to how long the package takes to arrive once it has been shipped. This is separate from processing time. Choosing expedited or priority shipping affects the delivery time after processing is complete — it does not shorten the time required to process the order.
